  • You will receive a guidebook that walks you through each day of your cleanse, which includes sample menus and recipes. 

  • Support of a cleanse coach for nutritional guidance & to answer any questions throughout your cleanse 

  • You will get the opportunity to keep a food journal to track the differences in your body pre and post cleansing.

  • For those who are interested in learning more about the different affects certain foods have on your body, there is a guided food re-entry program you can follow to test for specific food sensitivities.

  • This is not a fasting cleanse.  It is a nutritional healing cleanse.  You will be combining herbal supplements along with nourishing foods throughout the 12 days of cleansing.
